1. How long will you take to ship out my order?
At EADN, we pride ourselves on delivering handcrafted jewelry made by our master artisans. Our pieces are made to the highest quality, thus we do not mass produce. Our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship means each piece is worth the wait. Please refer to the availability status of each product to check the respective production timelines.

• Items marked "made to order" are crafted specially for you by our master artisans, and may take 15-20 business days to produce before it is handed over to our shipping partners.
• Some popular items may be "in stock" and will be handed over to our shipping partners within 2-5 business days. 
• If an order contains a mix of items "in stock" and "made to order", we'll usually wait for all items in that order to be ready before sending them out in one shipment. Please separate your orders if you like them shipped separately.

We offer free fully insured priority shipping to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Items are shipped from Singapore. A recipient is required to receive the parcel, hence we do not ship to PO Boxes.

• USA / Canada / UK: Fedex International Priority 4-6 days
• Australia / New Zealand: UPS Worldwide Expedited 6-9 days or UPS Worldwide Saver 3-5 days
• Singapore: Janio Express 1-2 days

Once a quotation is approved, we will collect a 100% upfront payment for custom orders. For more intricate designs, we may develop and send you a detailed CAD drawing for your approval before proceeding with production. Upon confirmation of the CAD, your item will be ready for shipping within 20-30 working days.
